Error: "Your organization's ChatGPT API quota has been exceeded"

You might see an error from our chatbot indicating your organization's API quota has been exceeded. This happens when we try to send a message to ChatGPT using your API key but you either don't have any credits allocated to your API account, your organization doesn't have a credit card on file for your API usage with OpenAI, or your organization has gone over its allocated API quota. OpenAI has a good article on their knowledge base about additional possible causes and solutions. Most of our users are able to solve this issue by adding additional credits on their OpenAI accounts for their API usage.
