Error Adding URL: "Our system was blocked from accessing this URL"
While our system can handle adding most webpages to your knowledge base, occasionally you might see the error message "Our system was blocked from accessing this URL". This happens when the website you're trying to add is employing methods to block automated systems from accessing their content, like Cloudflare, DataDome, Akamai, or similar services. At the moment, we can't access any webpages that are using these systems. An alternative would be to save these webpages as PDFs or copy their content to a document and upload that document to our system instead.
